πŸ₯› Ingredients

  • 4–6 bread slices

  • 3 tbsp Param Cow Ghee

  • 500 ml milk

  • 2 tbsp Param Milk Powder

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • ΒΌ tsp cardamom powder

  • 8–10 almonds, chopped

  • 8–10 pistachios, chopped

  • A few saffron strands

  • 1 tsp rose water β€” optional

  1. Cut the bread slices into triangles.

  2. Heat Param Cow Ghee in a pan.

  3. Toast the bread pieces until golden and crisp on both sides.

  4. In another pan, heat the milk on low flame.

  5. Add Param Milk Powder and whisk continuously to prevent lumps.

  6. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

  7. Cook until the milk thickens slightly.

  8. Add saffron and rose water.

  9. Place the crispy bread pieces on a serving plate.

  10. Pour the creamy milk mixture over them.

  11. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron.

Cut the bread into small heart shapes before cooking and serve individual Shahi Tukda portions to make the dessert more festive.
