- Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are not accepted once delivered.
- However, replacement or refund requests may be considered in cases of damaged packaging, leakage, wrong product, expired product, missing item, or verified quality issue.
- Customers must raise a complaint within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with order ID, product photos, packaging photos, and batch details.
