Refund and Cancellation

At Param Dairy, we are committed to ensuring the best experience for our customers. While we take every step to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be rare occasions when issues arise. Below are the terms of our Refund, Return, and Cancellation policies:

  1. Refund and Return Policy

We do not accept refund or return requests once an order has been confirmed. However, we are happy to address the following issues to provide a fair and amicable solution:

Damaged Product

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at param@paramdairy.com
  • Provide the following details in your email:
    1. Order number.
    2. Image of the invoice.
    3. 1 clear image of the outer box.
    4. 2 clear images of the damaged product.
    5. An unboxing video showing the damage.
  • Upon verification, we will promptly replace the damaged product.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided.

Missing Product

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at param@paramdairy.com
  • Provide the following details in your email:
    1. Order number.
    2. Image of the invoice.
    3. 1 clear image of the outer box.
    4. 2 clear images showing the contents of the box.
    5. An unboxing video showing the received items.
  • We will promptly resend the missing product after verification.

Spoiled Product

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at param@paramdairy.com
  • Provide the following details in your email:
    1. Order number.
    2. Date of manufacture/packaging.
    3. Clear images or videos showing the spoiled product.
  • Please note that slight variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma may occur due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products. Refunds/returns will not be accepted on these grounds.
  • After investigation, if the product is found to be spoiled, we will replace it.
  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The product is damaged or defective.
  2. The product delivered is incorrect or expired.
  3. The product packaging was unsealed at the time of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery at param@paramdairy.com
  • Provide the invoice and ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Upon approval, we will arrange a pick-up and exchange the product. Replacement products will be delivered within 3-5 business days after pick-up.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by Customer:
    • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
    • To cancel your order, email us at param@paramdairy.com with your order details.
    • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation by Param Dairy:
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, or issues with customer details.
    • In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed after verification of returned or canceled orders.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
