A wholesome, delicious, and rich dessert with the goodness of sabudana (tapioca pearls), makhana (fox nuts), Param Dairy Full Cream Milk, and Param Ghee. This kheer is a perfect treat for fasting days, festivals, or any special occasion.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 1/4 cup makhana (fox nuts)
- 500 ml Param Dairy Full Cream Milk
- 1 tbsp Param Ghee
- 4-5 tbsp sugar (adjust as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 8-10 almonds (sliced)
- 8-10 cashews (chopped)
- 8-10 raisins
Instructions:
Step 1: Soak the Sabudana
- Rinse 1/2 cup sabudana and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water and set it aside.
Step 2: Roast the Makhana in Param Ghee
- Heat 1 tbsp Param Ghee in a pan.
- Add 1/4 cup makhana and roast on low flame until they turn crispy.
- Let them cool, then crush them lightly using your hands or a mortar and pestle.
Step 3: Boil the Milk
- In a deep pan, add 500 ml Param Dairy Full Cream Milk and bring it to a boil.
- Keep stirring to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom.
Step 4: Add Sabudana and Makhana
- Once the milk starts boiling, add the soaked sabudana and crushed makhana.
- Stir well and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes until the sabudana turns translucent and soft.
Step 5: Add Sugar and Flavorings
- Add 4-5 tbsp sugar (or as per taste).
- Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder for a rich flavor.
- Mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
- Add sliced almonds, chopped cashews, and raisins.
- Mix well and turn off the flame.
Serving:
Serve the Sabudana Makhana Kheer warm or chilled as per your preference.
