This Paneer Tikka Veggie Wrap is a healthy, protein-packed recipe that combines Param Dairy Fresh Paneer with whole wheat wraps and fresh veggies. It’s perfect for a quick meal or a healthy snack!
Ingredients:
For the Paneer Tikka Filling:
- 200g Param Dairy Fresh Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp Param curd (dahi)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard oil
For the Wrap:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas or chapatis
- 1 small cucumber (sliced)
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves
- Mint chutney or hung curd for spread
Instructions:
- Marinate the Paneer
- In a bowl, mix curd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil.
- Add Param Paneer cubes and gently mix until the paneer is well coated.
- Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the Paneer Tikka
- Heat a non-stick pan or grill pan on medium flame.
- Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
- Set aside once done.
- Prepare the Wrap Base
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas or chapatis on a tawa.
- Spread mint chutney or hung curd evenly on the base.
- Assemble the Wrap
- Place fresh lettuce or spinach leaves on the tortilla.
- Add cucumber slices, grated carrot, and onion slices.
- Place the cooked Param Paneer Tikka cubes on top.
- Roll the wrap tightly.
- Serve
- Cut the wrap in half and serve it hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
