This Paneer Tikka Veggie Wrap is a healthy, protein-packed recipe that combines Param Dairy Fresh Paneer with whole wheat wraps and fresh veggies. It’s perfect for a quick meal or a healthy snack!

Ingredients:

For the Paneer Tikka Filling:

  • 200g Param Dairy Fresh Paneer (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Param curd (dahi)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard oil

For the Wrap:

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas or chapatis
  • 1 small cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 small carrot (grated)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Mint chutney or hung curd for spread

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Paneer
    • In a bowl, mix curd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil.
    • Add Param Paneer cubes and gently mix until the paneer is well coated.
    • Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Paneer Tikka
    • Heat a non-stick pan or grill pan on medium flame.
    • Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
    • Set aside once done.
  3. Prepare the Wrap Base
    • Warm the whole wheat tortillas or chapatis on a tawa.
    • Spread mint chutney or hung curd evenly on the base.
  4. Assemble the Wrap
    • Place fresh lettuce or spinach leaves on the tortilla.
    • Add cucumber slices, grated carrot, and onion slices.
    • Place the cooked Param Paneer Tikka cubes on top.
    • Roll the wrap tightly.
  5. Serve
    • Cut the wrap in half and serve it hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
