Ingredients:
- 1 cup Param Chenna Mix Powder
- 1/2 cup boiled and mashed sweet potato or regular potato
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or methi leaves
- 1/4 cup boiled green peas
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oats flour (for binding)
- 1 tbsp Param Ghee (for brushing)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine Param Chenna Mix Powder with boiled and mashed sweet potato or regular potato.
- Add grated carrot, chopped spinach, and boiled green peas.
- Season with cumin powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- Add lemon juice and oats flour to bind the mixture into a dough.
Step 2: Shape the Cutlets
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets.
- Flatten them slightly to ensure even cooking.
Step 3: Bake the Cutlets
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the cutlets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush them lightly with Param Ghee.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
(Alternative: If you don’t have an oven, you can shallow-fry the cutlets in a non-stick pan using Param Ghee.)
